FRANKLIN, TENN. October 19, 2021 – Lineage Bank, a community bank located in Franklin, Tennessee, has announced the opening of a mortgage loan production office located in Union City, Tennessee.
“Last year, we set out to build the next great community bank right here in my hometown of Franklin, Tennessee. The Lineage Bank Mortgage Loan Production Office, which officially opened its doors on October 12, will focus on consumer mortgage lending. Denise Houston, an experienced mortgage banking manager who has established a significant number of local business relationships in Union City, will manage the loan production office.
“I have been in the banking industry for just under three decades. During that time, I have successfully established three loan production offices in the Union City area,” said Houston. “I am happy to join Kevin and his father, Richard, in their mission of building the next great community bank by leading this loan production office.”
Lineage Bank officially began accepting mortgage loan applications on October 12, 2021. Those interested in applying for a Lineage Bank mortgage loan can do so by visiting Lineage Bank at 120 5th Ave North in Franklin, Tennessee, Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or by visiting LineageBank.com.
Applications can also be submitted at the new mortgage loan production office located at 800 East Reelfoot, Suite 100-A in Union City, Tennessee, Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
