Activating Your Lineage Bank Debit Card

Customers can activate their new Lineage Bank Debit Card with just three simple steps!

  • 1.

    Call 1-866-633-5293 (domestic) or 770-248-5774 (international). For security purposes, you must call from the phone you provided at account opening.

  • 2.

    Enter the following information:

    • Last 4 digits of you card number
    • Four-digit expiration date of the card
    • Last 4 digits of your SSN/ITIN
  • 3.

    After confirmation of your information, you will be prompted to change your PIN.
